Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we can try our best to accommodate your request.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will try to resolve your issue. If you would like to return your order, we need to be contacted withing 14 days of delivery and we ask that the item is returned to us within 30 days of delivery.

The buyer is responsible for any return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do not accept returns for custom or personalised orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds should be received within 3-5 working days however it may vary depending on your bank.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will send you a replacement.

Shipping

We use Royal Mail to post our items, their suggested delivery times are:

  • 1st Class: 1-2 workings days
  • 2nd Class: 3-4 working days
  • International Tracked (Europe): 3-5 workings days
  • International Tracked (worldwide): 5-7 workings days

We ask that you wait until the estimated delivery date for your item to arrive then contact us and we will do our best to contact Royal Mail to find out more information. If it appears that your item is not arriving, we will send a replacement, and in return we ask that if the original item did ever turn up that this is returned to us.

Yes, we can ship worldwide.

We are based in the UK on the Isle of Wight.

We do not take any responsibility for any custom tax that may occur once a package has entered an international country. This is out of our control after we have posted it.

We send all international packages tracked or tracked and signed with Royal Mail to ensure peace of mine for us and the customer.

If you see something you like on our website that you like but you want it in a different wood, material, colour etc, please contact us as it may be possible for us to accommodate your custom order.

Regarding personalisation requests, we can put logos and other symbols besides just text onto the products so please contact us if are unsure about a personalisation request and we will let you know if it possible for us to do.

Yes, as we offer postage worldwide, we can accept personalisation requests in a different language and writing style.

We use a laser engraver to personalise the items.

If you have made an error whilst placing your order e.g., delivery address or personalisation request, please try to contact us within a few hours of placing the order and we will update the new details for you. We recommend creating an account on our website to save your details for a quicker and faster checkout.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an order will arrive with you by a certain requested date as postal services can be unpredictable. We will do our best to dispatch as quickly as possible and we recommend selecting delivery upgrade to fist class at checkout.

Yes, if the item is a gift, we will not include any receipt that states the price of the item. There are also options at the checkout to include a gift message and an extra upgrade for gift wrapping.

If you would like to order a large amount of a particular item, please contact us so we can check availability. We can usually offer a 10% discount on large orders.

We accept Visa Debit, credit, and master cards. We also accept apple pay and PayPal as methods.

For custom amount orders we can accept bank transfers.

Please ensure when requesting personalisation that you double check any spellings, as we will use what is written on the order notes. However, if there is a mistake in your personalisation due to a design fault, please contact us and we will issue you with a replacement item with corrected personalisation.
